The Waterloo Region mixes century homes in Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo with fast-growing subdivisions in Doon, Laurentian and east Cambridge — two very different kinds of exterior work, often on the same week's schedule.
It's the far end of our range from Hamilton, so we take project-scale work here: full driveways, patios, retaining walls and new-build yard completion rather than small repairs.
What's different here
Grand River Conservation Authority
GRCA regulates the Grand and Speed river corridors and their floodplains, which cut right through the region. Regulated-area work needs approval before grading.
New-build completion
Doon, Laurentian Hills and east Cambridge subdivisions come with bare yards and grading deposits. We build to the approved grading plan so certification isn't at risk.
Century-home hardscape
Older Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo lots mean narrow access, mature trees and walkways poured on nothing. Excavation and base depth tell the real story on those jobs.
