What's different here
Halton Region and town permits
Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills each run their own site alteration and building permit processes, separate from Hamilton's. Conservation Halton covers the creeks and the escarpment edge.
Milton's new builds
Rapid-growth subdivisions mean grading deposits, bare yards and builder-grade driveways that are often already failing. Grading-plan compliance comes first, finish second.
Design-led work
On Oakville projects we'll do a proper layout and material selection stage before pricing the build, so the number you get is for something you've actually seen.
